What is Connect-Ed Rise?

Connect-Ed Rise is a suite of targeted, school-based intervention programmes developed by qualified mental health professionals at Connect-Ed. Designed for use in primary and secondary schools, each programme equips school staff with the tools, training, and confidence to support pupils who have, or are at risk of, adverse childhood experiences .

Our mission is to ensure that expert-led support becomes embedded in every school, delivered by people who know their pupils best – their own teaching staff.

Currently available for Primary Schools, Secondary School Interventions are in development.

Why Connect-Ed Rise is different

Unlike many off-the-shelf interventions, Connect-Ed Rise is grounded in deep clinical expertise and a commitment to sustainable, school-owned delivery.

Expert-Led, School-Delivered

Every programme is designed by Connect-Ed’s team of over 50 qualified mental health professionals. Our Intervention Therapist, who has direct experience working in schools, will deliver the first six sessions, with school staff shadowing them throughout. This hands-on model ensures your team is confident and capable before leading independently.

Commitment to Quality

Schools join Connect-Ed Rise through a formal agreement that includes an annual CPD requirement for any staff delivering the programme. This ensures consistency, quality, and a shared commitment to pupils’ wellbeing.

Fully Funded

Connect-Ed Rise is currently available at no cost to schools, thanks to generous external funding. This offers schools a unique opportunity to embed a high-quality, evidence-informed mental health intervention without financial barriers. Places are limited.

Whole School Support

We understand that certain pupils with more complex backgrounds and histories may require a tailored approach. Our team will collaborate closely with you, your staff, and the pupils to design customised training, support, and targeted interventions for both the pupil and the staff working with them.
