At Longfield, we feel that there is a great need to ensure that we’re supporting our children in school. We’ve had 10 years of support from Connect-Ed with a therapist coming in one day a week and the impact has been phenomenal. They have one:one sessions that are tailored to each child and they work closely with the parents.  The children have grown in confidence. 

Longfield use Connect-Ed services to train their staff. 

As well as using the therapy service we also have a whole school approach to mental health with Connect-Ed. Together with Teresa (the Service Manager) we look at what the needs of the school are each year and then plan accordingly. Connect-Ed train our staff and it has been highly valuable. The staff have got a really good understanding of what to look for with children’s mental health.
